A highly experienced yoga instructor with over 30 years of practice, rooted in a traditional Indian yogic lineage and certified across Canada, Iran, and India. She integrates scientific knowledge with traditional yoga, mindfulness, and stress management, offering multilingual instruction in Farsi, Hindi, and English. As a researcher, author, and yoga therapist, she leads classes, workshops, and therapeutic programs supporting both physical and mental well-being.

A multidisciplinary artist and vocalist with over 15 years of training, blending ethereal vocals with piano, percussion, and sound healing instruments. Her work is deeply rooted in a connection to the Earth, using music as a medium for healing, expression, and collective well-being. An international performer who has shared her art across Canada, Portugal, and Costa Rica - currently preparing to release her debut album, Chakra Love.

Mental Health & Well-Being Practitioner and founder of Harmonic Mind, specializing in trauma-informed, psychosomatic, and integrative care. Her work focuses on nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and bridging evidence-based psychotherapy with mind-body practices. She creates safe, grounded spaces that support emotional resilience, healing, and meaningful human connection.

An accomplished musician and Kamancheh player who began his musical journey at age 12 and has since performed internationally at major concerts and festivals. With a background in graphic and advertising design from Tehran's Art and Architectural University, he has been recognized within the music industry through nominations and judging roles in national music festivals. Now based in Canada, he continues to teach, perform, and share traditional Persian music globally.
