Mechanical Protection

With Lexus Extra Care Protection, the coverage of your vehicle components is extended from 48 months or 80,000km to the protection term selected. Coverage can last until 96 months or 200,000 km.

Roadside Assistance

Once you purchase Extra Care Protection for your vehicle your existing emergency roadside and mechanical breakdown assistance is extended to the full length of your contract, with unlimited kilometres.

Vehicle Rental Assistance

Your Lexus New Vehicle Warranty includes a car loaner program. This ensures an alternative transportation source if your vehicle needs repairs overnight or for a prolonged period of more than eight hours due to a warrantable issue. Our Extra Care Protection will also provide reimbursement of up to $60 per day for alternative transportation which can be covered for a maximum of five days.

Trip Road Hazard Protection

Original tires that are damaged due to road hazards are protected up to 36 months or 50,000km. This warranty will also cover both installation and balancing, as well as parts, labour and the taxes associated with these service.

Travel Planning Assistance

For the planner within, enjoy a personalized colour coordinated travel planner with maps, alternate routes, trip logs, tour and accommodation directories, lists of Lexus Dealerships, notable attractions and entertainment on route.

Trip Interruption

If you are travelling more than 80 km from home and a covered component fails to work, our Extra Care Protection will provide you with a hotel, meals and alternative expenses totalling a maximum of $100/day/occurrence.
